Happy Valentine’s Day!

IMG_4109

Valentine’s Day is a special day! Time to snuggle up next to your sweetie and let him know how important and special he is to you. My sweetie gave me one of my favorites, Turtles, in a pretty red satin box and tonight we’re going out for a cozy and romantic Valentine’s dinner at Cafe Iz, where we’ll enjoy a delicious meal and some live jazz music. A night for lovers!

I happen to be married to one of the sweetest guys (evah!) who loves to celebrate Valentines Day and he brought home these stunning tulips for me. I adore tulips and these are just remarkable!

He’s wonderful and I couldn’t ask for better. He spoils me all the time, not only did he bring home tulips….

But, a dozen red roses too. Red is for love.

And here’s what I gave him. Plenty of chocolate candy (he loves it!), hot chocolate mix, and Jasmine tea, which he also loves, along with a card. It’s fun to spoil our guys too on this special day.

Enjoy your day and give your hubby an extra smooch or three!

Hi Rhoda, I'm just catching up with you. The table below looks so pretty with the top painted and I always enjoy seeing pictures of your home. Very cool that the shopping trip was featured on the paper online - I'll go take a look at it now.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Vaentine's Day Rhoda....

My hubby took yesterday off from work, we left first thing in the morning, we went to the ocean (which we love) and had lunch at one of our fave places...we had such a wonderful day !!! Cold here but sunny...so we had the beach to ourselves..

Tonight we are staying in we are doing steaks on the grill...

Have a great evening,
Kathy :)

Rhoda, thanks so much for stopping by my blog. I have so enjoyed yours. Debbie finally convinced me to try my hand at this. I am so glad we can still stay in touch since Micasa is closing. I will miss a lot of the ladies there, but several have wonderful blogs. I think the 2 GW's near me had some great white dishes and I'm sure I've just about cleaned them out, but some of them were great finds. I look forward to hearing from you often and I always look forward to your posts. Hugs, Marty
